I think i will use it because hostrocket hasn't replied to any of my tickets in over 2 days now since this happened and some of their listed phone number don't even seem to work. It's pretty strange 'cause i never had a problem with them before, on the contrary, their costumer service used to be quite fast. oh well. fLUx, thanks for the suggestion.
